Collecttion of the locale dependent gtkrc files and

        * gtk/gtkrc,gtk/gtkrc.ja, gtk/gtkrc.ko,
        gtk/gtkrc.ru: Collecttion of the locale dependent
        gtkrc files and

        * gtk/Makefile.am: patched to get that collection
        installed in to $(prefix)/etc/gtk/
